On the one hand, we appreciate the structure of Elena's workshops and, on the other, the freedom she gives the individual team leaders to define their own path. She responds very flexibly to the situations that arise from the discussions. The greatest benefit that has come from her workshops is the closer cooperation within the team leader circle and the regular exchange of ideas on cross-team problem solving.
